What is the best connection for my Xbox Live? Hard or wireless n router by cable?
My computer is down stairs, along with a new dual-band wireless router Netgear and my xbox is climbing stairs. I have a good signal in my Xbox Live, but nevertheless, when others are the team of my Xbox Live runs big. What I can do for no interference? I thought my new wireless router solve this brand problem?
Well, this is a good cable question.Hard reliable connection is the best depending on how long the CAT-5 (Ethernet) cable is. The over the cable signal has to travel for the lowest lost speed.So CAT-5 cable may be 3 feet. So is 5 feet. After 10 feet. After 15 feet (hard to find). After 25 feet. After 50 feet. Then 75ft. Then, the longer you can buy without a special order is 100 feet. I recommend if you just go to the length of 10 feet for connections faster. And beyond buying the Wireless-N (two antennas) for the Xbox 360 from Microsoft. But trying to use 3 feet if possible.
